Terms and Conditions
1.Introduction
Welcome to Monetta Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at Monetta Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (together or individually “Service”) operated by Monetta Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. private limited. 2.Services Provided
Provider agrees to offer Tally services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to:
*Installation and setup of Tally software.
*Data entry, maintenance, and reconciliation in Tally.
*Troubleshooting and technical support related to Tally software.
3. Payment
Client agrees to pay the fees as specified by Provider for the services rendered. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
4.Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
*Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Tally services.
*Cooperate with Provider to facilitate the smooth execution of services.
*Adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
5.Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property related to the Tally services provided, including but not limited to software configurations, templates, and customizations, shall remain the property of the Provider.
6.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Termination does not absolve either party from obligations accrued prior to termination.
9.Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.Amendments
Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of the services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
